Vedanta shares drop 0.42% as Sensex rises
Vedanta Ltd. traded 0.42 per cent lower in Tuesday's session at 01:48PM (IST). The stock opened at Rs 499.0 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 503.75 and Rs 484.4, respectively, during the session so far.
The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 523.6 and a 52-week low of 211.25. About 453,037 shares changed hands on the counter so far.
Benchmark Nifty50 was up 213.55 points at 25009.3, while the BSE Sensex traded 644.69 points higher at 81694.69 at the time of writing of this report.
In the Nifty pack, 34 stocks traded the day in the green, while 16 were in the red.
