Tony Knight has died at the age of 54 in a tragic accident while participating in the Rock’&’Cars Festival in Lavaur, France. Quoting an unnamed family member, 'Fox News' has reported that a large tree branch fell on Knight and several other people attending the festival. Knight was the only person to die. Confirming the death, the family member said that the comedian was fit, healthy, happy and had everything going for him. He also said that Tony Knight was charismatic, funny, passionate and very loved by his partner Hayley, his family and his friends all over the world.
According to 'Chortle.co.uk' the Rock’&’Cars festival was canceled after the freak accident when around 15 people were awaiting the start of the festival. Knight has been living in Beaufort, Victoria, for four years. He performed his show for two nights at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival earlier this year.

Tony was also known for his work with dogs as a «Dog Listener.» According to the official website of the comedian, he «helped thousands of dog owners all over the world solve problem dog behavior with simple techniques that use no force, pain, domination, drugs or gadgets.»
