US Presidential Election 2024 is all set to commence in November, the time lines are now getting tight. There are many constitutional laws, procedures and the rules governing each party that determine the outcomes of events related to the death of candidates contesting the presidential and vice-presidential elections.

Generally, candidates are selected during the primaries. During the National Convention, the delegates supporting a particular candidate come and vote for that specific candidate.
