Is Biden still angry on Trump, and therefore siding with the President elect's foes?
Biden's chances in the US Presidential elections 2024 were hurt badly by Donald Trump, especially during a Presidential debate, where the reigning President's performance was absolutely forgettable. Biden resigned from the election ticket soon after, and Kamal Harris took his place on behalf of the Democratic Party. However, she could not do much damage to Donald Trump's chances in the polls, and even though she looked quite likely in the polls during the initial opinion polls, her form kept getting worse towards the finish line, and she ultimately went down by a record margin.

Is Biden still considering siding with Cheney?
Turley believes that Cheney is not in a very bad state, where she may get prosecuted badly, and therefore her chances of getting through any upcoming legal barriers are high. This is why the legal expert feels that Biden should not interfere in this matter and let things slide, as implementing a Presidential pardon would look highly adverse and raise questions on Biden's judgements, making things political, rather than legal in this current scenario.
