Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 new teaser has been released. Among other things, it shows the return of an important character, Christopher Robin.
A.A. Milne's kid-favorite characters got a twist in the first and original film, Blood and Honey. The twisted version of the iconic comic characters wasn’t received well. The writing was lazy and so was the direction, and the low budget added to the lack of appeal.
After this, the sequel’s crew made some changes for the better in Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2.
The first part was not suitable for kids, as the classic children's novel characters, Pooh and Piglet, turned out to be killers of young human adults.
The reason they turn murderers is their angst because of how their human Christopher Robin left them when he grew up.
Director Rhys Frake-Waterfield is unfazed by the criticism of the first part of this franchise. He aims to create a similar universe of twisted children's characters.
Moreover, Winnie the Pooh Part 1 did do well at the box office.
The director is also working on horror adaptations of Bambi and Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, which will go gory like Winnie the Pooh.
In Blood Honey 2 as well, there will be more violence and better production values. So, gear up for it.
