Wipro has rolled out a new hybrid work policy that requires employees to work from the office three days a week.
Announcing the new policy, Saurabh Govil, Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro, highlighted the company's focus on a «balanced» work environment that fosters «innovation» through in-person collaboration, while also respecting the personal needs of its associates.
The policy allows Wipro employees to select their in-office days based on their need for collaboration, while maintaining the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
The hybrid arrangement offers employees the option to seek remote working on specified days during the year, especially in cases where they need to focus on personal well-being or caregiving responsibilities, Govil said in a LinkedIn post.
The company's new hybrid work policy designed to enhance both the well-being and performance of its associates. Govil also outlined the core principles of the company's progressive approach to the future of work, which combines flexibility, trust, and collaboration.
