There is no official release date for Wuthering Waves version 1.3. However, it is expected to launch around September 29, 2024, based on past release schedules.
Version 1.3 of Wuthering Waves will introduce new character banners, which are divided into two phases. In Phase 1, the banners will feature Shorekeeper, a 5-star Spectro character, along with three 4-star characters: Yangyang (Aero), Youhu (Glacio) and Chixia (Fusion). In Phase 2, the 5-star character Jiyan (Aero) will be introduced, along with three more 4-star characters: Mortefi (Fusion), Taoqi (Havoc) and Sanhua (Glacio).
Leaks suggest that version 1.3 will introduce a new region named Black Shores. The character Shorekeeper is central to this new area. The Black Shores region was hinted at in version 1.0, and players will soon be able to explore it.
Additionally, a new story called "To the Shore’s End" will be part of this update. This story will include new enemies and a new boss, though the boss’s name has not yet been disclosed.
The update will also bring a new dungeon for Encore. Players can participate in events to earn rewards such as Astrite and other items.
