Xiaomi 14 series teased ahead of China launch on October 26, 2023: What all to know
Xiaomi, the phone's design will feature flat edges, showcasing a 6.36-inch flat display on the front. The smartphone is anticipated to be impressively slim, measuring just 1.71mm in thickness, with side bezels ranging between 1.61-1.63mm.
Reportedly, the standard Xiaomi 14 model is expected to feature a 1/1.31-inch 50MP primary sensor with 1.2um pixel size and an impressive f/1.6 aperture, sporting a Leica Summilux-branded lens. According to an Android Police report, these new lenses represent an upgrade from the Summicron lenses found in the Xiaomi 12 and 13, promising enhanced image quality compared to its predecessors.
Complementing the primary lens, there will be a 14mm (0.6x) ultrawide lens and a 3.2x f/2.2 telephoto sensor. Regarding the Xiaomi 14 Pro's camera, there are rumors suggesting it will come equipped with a Sony IMX989 sensor and an enhanced telephoto lens.
A report from MySmartPrice indicates that the Xiaomi 14 is anticipated to come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon Gen 3 processor paired with 16GB of RAM. Both smartphones are expected to run the new HyperOS.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 14 is rumored to house a 5000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
