The acquisition will also complement Manipal HealthMap’s existing portfolio, particularly in specialized testing areas such as oncology, infections, fertility, and more.

Reliance Infrastructure on Tuesday announced the setting up of the largest Integrated project for Manufacturing of Explosives, Ammunition and Small Arms in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The company has been allotted 1000 acres of Land in Watad Industrial Area of Ratnagiri, Maharashtra to develop Dhirubhai Ambani Defence City (DADC). DADC will be the largest Greenfield project in the Defence Sector in India by any Private Sector company, Reliance said in a statement.

The order came after Gupta filed an application with Sebi proposing to settle the alleged violations «without admitting or denying of the findings of fact and conclusions of law» through a settlement order.

Both whisky brands have been launched across 25 districts of Uttar Pradesh in July 2024,» it said. Triveni plans a roll out across the state by FY'26, covering over 5000 retail outlets.
