Google co-founder Sergey Brin has recently concluded his divorce from Nicole Shanahan, an attorney and entrepreneur, following allegations of her involvement with billionaire Elon Musk, according to a report by Page Six. Court documents confirm the divorce, which grants them shared legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter. While Shanahan did not contest the divorce, she did request spousal support, as indicated in the court papers.

Advent International is exploring a sale of CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc, a provider of software to the car insurance industry that has a market value of $7.1 billion, people familiar with the matter said on Friday.
