Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had "betrayed" the youth dreaming of serving the country by «forcibly» imposing the Agnipath scheme and asserted that an INDIA bloc government will ensure justice for them. BJP and the INDIA bloc partners pitted in a direct, one-on-one contest in all the seven Lok Sabha constituencies. A total of 1.52 crore voters, including 82 lakh male and 69 lakh female voters as well as 1,228 third gender, are eligible to cast their votes at more than 13,000 polling booths in 2,627 places across the seven seats. Delhi's Tis Hazari Court on Friday granted four days judicial custody of Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar, accused of assaulting the Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission and Pakistan have made significant progress towards reaching a staff-level agreement for an extended fund facility, the global lender said on Friday.
