'We are all going to hell': California man arrested for chaos in Frontier Airlines flight, faces 20 years jail time
California has been arrested for causing a disturbance on a Frontier Airlines flight bound for San Francisco. Charles Angel Salva, aged 30, may face up to 20 years in federal prison. He assaulted the crew and threatened to kill everyone onboard. This incident reportedly occurred earlier this month. Federal prosecutors revealed that Salva tampered with the oxygen masks in the overhead compartments. A witness mentioned that Salva seemed out of breath and wanted to get off the plane. When he pulled down the oxygen masks, his hand got stuck, and a fellow passenger helped him. Salva then verbally abused a flight attendant, saying, «This airplane is going down, we are all going to hell.» Panic erupted when Salva grabbed a fellow passenger and ran to the back of the plane. He tried to choke a flight attendant, leaving marks on her neck, and threatened to kill everyone on the flight.

Tata Technologies to drive aerospace growth amid supply chain crisis, airline cabin refurbishments
Aerospace will drive growth for Tata Technologies as it sees an increase in business driven by a supply chain crisis forcing airlines to refurbish cabins as they look to hold onto aircraft longer. The company has also tied up with major aircraft manufacturers — Airbus and Boeing — and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) firms for faster processes to make grounded aircraft fly. «The company anticipates substantial growth in aerospace business in the coming years. We aim to be a dominant force in aerospace engineering and the partner of choice for our customers,» Aloke Palsikar, head of aerospace and industrial heavy machinery sales at Tata Technologies, told ET in an interview.

Howard Levitt: Air Canada pilots strike cries out for federal intervention, but politics might get in the way
With Air Canada pilots poised to strike, the NDP has abrogated its supply and confidence agreement with the Liberals and announced that it will not support back-to-work legislation. With the Conservatives making a play for organized labour and anxious to trigger an election, it is unclear how far they will go this time, assuming Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, fearful of the political winds and increasingly desperate to avoid the electorate, decides to have the minister of labour order them back to work as they did with the railway workers.
