India's answer to Singapore? Bengaluru terminal takes a 'leaf' out of Changi airport
Kempegowda International airport in Bengaluru which started operating international flights on Tuesday, is a 'terminal in the garden', reminding one of Singapore's Changi airport with its extravagant display of trees, plants and waterfalls. If the Bengaluru airport's Terminal-2 doesn't compete with Changi, it sure does take a 'leaf' out of it. The terminal fuses the ethnic with the futuristic and the aesthetic with the efficient amid a lush green design. The new 255,000 square metre terminal is designed and built on four key pillars and reflects Bengaluru's rich culture, history, its nature as the garden city and technology hub of India. Spread over four levels, the terminal is built for seamless departures and easy arrivals that are facilitated on different floors. The scale of T2 and the insightful design makes it a destination in itself.

Nature-positive household & personal care sector may yield additional USD 62 bn a year by 2030: WEF
Household products and personal care sector can generate up to an additional USD 62 billion in annual business value by 2030 if it makes nature a central focus of its operations, a new research by the World Economic Forum (WEF) said on Tuesday. The projection is part of a broader USD 10.1-trillion business opportunity that could be unlocked by 2030 if more nature-positive solutions are embraced by the private sector, the WEF said. By emphasising on water stewardship, responsible sourcing, nature conservation, and circularity, household products and personal care sector can reshape its role in halting and reversing nature loss by 2030, the research titled Nature Positive: Role of the Household and Personal Care said. The sector currently generates around USD 700 billion in annual revenue, but sometimes at the expense of the environment. For instance, the cosmetics industry alone produces 120 billion packaging units a year.

IOCL, BPCL, HPCL's gross refining margins to remain in the range of $9 to $10 bbl: CareEdge
crude oil production by 10 lakh barrels until December 2023. "In this backdrop, Indian refiners which are the key beneficiaries of cheaper Russian crude should still be able to clock GRMs of around $9-10/bbl in FY24 as the likely decline in their margins on processing Brent crude is expected to be offset by the significant expansion in margins on processing Russian crude which can even balance out the potential decline in supply of Russian crude in the near term. Also, with the onset of winter in Western countries, cracks for refined products are expected to improve from the existing levels, further helping the GRMs of Indian refiners," said CareEdge Ratings in its report.

Vistara: Accelerating Transformational Journeys to Offer Hyper Personalised Services to Customers with Adobe
Q: At Adobe’s Best of SUMMIT event, we discussed how experience-led growth is foundational to the success of every business. As an Adobe partner, can you share your perspective on how digital transformation is evolving as an area of priority for businesses today? Harpinder Singh: I strongly believe that to transform in the true sense, an organisation must understand the pulse of its business, ecosystem, and customers. The process of redesigning of customer journeys, products, services, and business models across the organisation can be successful only if the whole purpose of transformation is mapped directly to the creation of value.
