Bajaj Auto share price jumped over 5 per cent to hit its fresh all-time high of ₹5,093.95 in morning trade on NSE on Friday (September 15). The stock opened at ₹4,894.90 against the previous close of ₹4,844.50 and jumped to its fresh record high with over 8 lakh shares changing hands on NSE. The stock saw sharp gains today amid reports that global brokerage firm BoFA Securities upgraded the stock to a ‘buy’ from a 'neutral'.

NEW DELHI : As online travel agency Yatra Online Ltd’s IPO will open for subscriptions this Friday, its co-founder and CEO, Dhruv Shringi, in an exclusive conversation with Mint, said there are strong tailwinds behind the business, and this is the right time to list. The company plans to use ₹150 crore from the IPO proceeds for strategic investments, acquisitions, and inorganic growth, while ₹392 crore could be used for investments in customer acquisition and retention, technology, and organic growth initiatives. The company’s IPO will be priced at ₹135-142 per share.

Manipur erupted in joy on Thursday as its Kokyet or turban has been chosen as part of the dress code for the Marshals of the Indian parliament. The Indian government is introducing new uniform codes for both houses of the parliament — Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha for the upcoming 5-day special parliamentary session scheduled to begin on Monday. Besides Kokyet, other new uniform items being introduced include Nehru jackets of magenta or deep pink shade for secretariat staff, camouflage for security officers, officials said.
