New Delhi: The Supreme Court is set to rule whether the government can be considered a secured creditor when an insolvent company has not paid its dues. The judgment is expected to have a bearing across the bankruptcy resolution spectrum, since treating such dues on par with loans from secured creditors will diminish the payouts to the latter. Under India’s Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), secured creditors such as banks and financial institutions get priority in getting repaid through the resolution process, while unpaid dues to vendors, suppliers and government dues are treated as operational credit, and they fall lower in the so-called waterfall mechanism.

Her representatives from the Beverly Hecht Agency confirmed her demise on September 2, following an extended illness. De Rousse's career began with a role in the 1981 comedy film Under the Rainbow, starring Chevy Chase and Carrie Fisher. During the same decade, she also appeared in episodes of television series, The Fall Guy and St. Elsewhere. In the 2000s, she took on a few roles before landing her part in True Blood as Dr. Patricia Ludwig. In the series, her character treated ailments afflicting supernatural beings and made appearances in three episodes across the second, fourth and seventh seasons. Her final scene saw her fleeing at the mention of Niall Brigant's name. In The Disappointments Room, de Rousse portrayed a local historian, who shared unsettling information with Dana (Kate Beckinsale), the buyer of the Blacker Estate. She revealed that the house's previous occupants had a hidden «disappointments room» in the attic—a place where affluent families would heartlessly confine their physically challenged or deformed children.
