Trump says it was 'stupid' for Biden to let Ukraine use US weapons to strike deeper into Russia
«I don't think that should have been allowed, not when there's a possibility — certainly not just weeks before I take over,» Trump said during at a wide-ranging news conference at his Mar-a-Lago resort. «Why would they do that without asking me what I thought? I wouldn't have had him do that. I think it was a big mistake.» Trump's withering criticism of the Biden administration's move comes as the Democratic administration aims to push every last dollar already designated for Ukraine out the door to help repel Russia's invasion before Trump takes office on Jan. 20, with future aid uncertain.

Is Joe Biden focused on sabotaging incoming Trump admin in final weeks in office? Here's what reports are saying
Fox News host Sean Hannity pretty harshly criticized US President Joe Biden for allegedly focusing on ‘sabotaging’ US President- elect Donald Trump's upcoming administration during his final weeks in office, reported Fox News. According to Fox News, Sean Hannity actually characterized the administration of Joe Biden as extremely ‘pathetic’ while labelling him as the ‘worst, most corrupt, most incompetent, most divisive, one-term president in modern American history’. He also placed an argument that certainly instead of working to improve the country, Joe Biden is actually making decisions that are extremely ‘dumb’ and ‘dangerous’. Treasury Benches raise Emergency, misuse of Art 356 by Congress, Opp says institutions being misused under NDA rule
The Opposition members alleged that several key safeguards of the Constitution are being breached today under NDA rule, leading to encroachments on the rights of minorities, toppling of elected governments and misuse of the office of governor. Intervening in the debate, Union Minister Hardeep Puri emphasized that Article 370 that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir was an aberration and against the very idea of India while Article 35A was implemented “quickly and quietly” without the consent of Parliament. Praising the “indomitable courage and resolve” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said Article 370 was abrogated despite apprehensions by some that doing so will be akin to playing with fire.

There's no place for majoritarian judges
Allahabad High Court judge Shekhar Kumar Yadav had forsaken even the fig leaf of being above suspicion when he declared that India should function according to the wishes of the 'bahusankhyak' (majority) while attending a VHP event on the Uniform Civil Code. To boot, he even bandied a derogatory term to describe rigid Muslim clerics. While Supreme Court has sought a report on his actions, Yadav should be removed as judge.

Karnataka BJP Chief Vijayendra rejects charge that he attempted to bribe Manippady
Vijayendra on Sunday strongly dismissed Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and ruling Congress leaders' charges that he attempted to bribe former state Minority Commission Chairperson Anwar Manippady to hush up his report on the Waqf encroachments. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in a statement on Saturday said that Manippady had publicly stated that Vijayendra visited his house during Yediyurappa's tenure as CM and offered Rs 150 crore to be silent about the Waqf property encroachment report. Meanwhile, Manippady has denied that no such offer was made to him by Vijayendra while Home Minister G Parameshwara stated that there was video footage showing Manippady making such charge. Questioning whether there was any logic in the allegation, Vijayendra said, the Congress and Siddaramaiah seem to be «perturbed» by the allegations of corruption and scam against them, especially by the MUDA site allotment case against the CM.
