Rahul Gandhi's election rally scheduled to be held at Chikhli in Buldhana district of poll-bound Maharashtra was cancelled on Tuesday after his flight from Delhi faced a technical glitch. Andhra Pradesh government is expected to present the state budget on Monday, during the assembly session starting tomorrow, according to official sources. The budget is expected to be presented with just over four months remaining in the FY 2024-25. The TDP-led NDA government had previously promulgated an ordinance approving a Vote-on-Account budget of Rs 1.3 lakh crore for the period from August to November. Net profit after minority interest declined to Rs 694.60 crores in Jul-Sep from Rs 1,205.40 crores during the corresponding period a year ago. Finance and Corporate Affairs Nirmala Sitharaman has launched the National MSME Cluster Outreach Programme, organised jointly by the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). The launch took place on Saturday. Around 150 MSME Clusters were connected virtually for the launch with senior bank officials being present in each of these Clusters.
