The usage of incorrect terms can be «misleading» For consumers therefore, «FSSAI has advised all e-commerce FBOs to promptly rectify this misclassification by removing or de-linking such drinks or beverages from the category of ‘Health Drinks / Energy Drinks, » the food regulator said in a statement. FSSAI has clarified that the term ‘Health Drink’ is not defined or standardized anywhere under the FSS Act 2006 or rules or regulations, which govern the food industry.

Vistara pilots continue to protest against pay revision, at least 15 senior first officers resigned from the airline recently, sources said on Tuesday. The airline operates a little over 300 flights daily and has a fleet of 70 planes comprising A320-family aircraft and Boeing 787s. Over the past few weeks, the Tata Group airline has been grappling with simmering discontent among pilots, with many first officers of its A320 fleet reporting sick. ZEE Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE), MD & CEO, Punit Goenka on Tuesday announced his decision to implement a 20 per cent reduction in his remuneration. «Frugality, Optimization and a Sharp Focus on Quality Content are the three key tenets of the plan implemented by Punit Goenka, to drive the Company to the targeted goals; and the above mentioned voluntary decision, is in line with this approach,» Zee said in a statement. In FY23, Goenka received a remuneration of Rs 35 crore, including Rs 21 crore in salary and allowances, Rs 9 crore in variable pay, a one-time payment of Rs 5 crore, and a provident fund contribution of Rs 0.2 lakh, according to the company’s annual report.
