Despite having a student loan, the graduate later accepted a role in operations and supply chain management with a lower salary of Rs 16 lakh per annum.

Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani has criticised the trend of developing increasingly complex artificial intelligence (AI) models, arguing that this does not necessarily lead to better results. Speaking at the People+AI Mela in Bengaluru, he expressed concern over how many AI models remain closed systems, hidden from public scrutiny. “They keep doing more of that, but it is not that it is going to get any better. ONGC will be in focus on Monday after its subsidiary ONGC PetroAdditions Ltd (OPaL) decided to relinquish its «only-for-export» status and shift its focus to the rapidly expanding domestic petrochemical market. The company has received final approval to exit the Dahej Special Economic Zone (SEZ), and will now operate as a Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) unit, effective from March 8, 2025. This move will enable OPaL to concentrate primarily on serving the domestic market, instead of exporting products, which was the primary purpose of operating within an SEZ. As a DTA unit, OPaL will be exempt from paying customs duties on products sold within India, which is expected to enhance its profit margins.

Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence (MND) reported 11 sorties of People's Liberation Army (PLA) aircraft and nine People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) vessels until 6 am (local time) on Monday.
