DBS will anchor PCBL's Rs 700-crore issue to finance Aquapharm buy
PCBL Ltd, formerly known as Philips Carbon Black Ltd, is raising funds from DBS Bank to part-finance its proposed acquisition of Aquapharm Chemicals, said people with knowledge of the matter. The Singapore-based bank has committed Rs 210 crore and will be the anchor investor in PCBL's Rs 700 crore proposed bond issue, the people cited above said. Stock exchange-listed PCBL Ltd announced the acquisition of Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt Ltd last November for Rs 3,800 crore.

—Bimla You are referring to the recently released ITR-1 and ITR-4 forms for AY2024-25 In ITR-4 (largely applicable for presumptive taxation), an additional field to report ‘receipts in cash’ has been included in Schedule ‘BP- details of income from business or profession’, wherein the taxpayer to whom such form is applicable is required to report cash receipts as part of break-up of gross turnover during the year. Personal cash receipts which were withdrawn earlier are not required to be reported under the aforesaid field.

Zee group companies report sharp fall
₹7,705 crore as the market cap of the four listed companies fell from ₹27,257.4 crore on Saturday to ₹19,551.65 crore at the end of market hours on Tuesday. Incidentally, the earlier biggest single-day fall in shares of Zee Entertainment was five years back, when the scrip nosedived 26.6% on 25 January 2019 after media reports of a federal probe in the businesses owned by Chandra.
