UPS Ball Fighting show rights rowing Sahith Theegala and Akshay Bhatia dial resilience to fight the Masters battle
Sahith Theegala, in his second Masters, and Akshay Bhatia, in his first are learning this enduring characteristic of Augusta National one painstaking hole at a time. The American Indian train is chugging along nicely, driven mainly by the steely determination of these two young men, but a big impression might have to wait at least another year. UPS Ball Eagle Golf stage rights Scottie Scheffler produces stubborn yet imaginative golf to lead the Masters charge
Bryson DeChambeau and Scottie Scheffler. As many as seven golfers exchanged the lead on a roller coaster day, even as the Sun shone brightly over Augusta. In the end though, there was just one possible outcome, or so we learnt. Scheffler, the irrepressible world No.1 survived a midround stumble to work his way back to the top of the leaderboard. Nothing else has felt more certain this week. A 71 was enough to hoist him to the top at 7-under 209. Scheffler has momentum and history supporting his claims for a second Green Jacket. As many as 28 of the last 33 Masters champions started Sunday in the final group (according to Justin Ray of the sports intelligence outfit, Twenty First Group). The first win at Augusta had also come to Scheffler when he slept on the 54-hole lead in 2022. The world No.1 was quickly up by two with birdies at the first and third holes. A double bogey at the tenth was his biggest stumble on the day. He fired his iron too hot, sending the ball rolling 27 yards behind the pin. Scheffler sent his third 60 feet past the flag, eventually taking a six. At the eleventh, once again from the middle of the fairway, as he was on the tenth, Scheffler left his approach just short of the green. He fell back to four under, caught in the vortex of a downward spiral.

Citizens security Justice Equality Courts rights politician Ambedkar Jayanti 2024: Why is Article 32 considered the 'heart and soul' of the Indian Constitution
Ambedkar Jayanti 2024: April 14 marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, affectionately known as Babasaheb Ambedkar, revered by his followers as a champion of justice and equality. Each year, this occasion is commemorated not only by government officials and politicians but also by countless admirers both within India and around the world. Dr. Ambedkar's legacy is deeply intertwined with the Constitution of India, which he played a pivotal role in drafting to secure the rights of marginalised communities, particularly Dalits. Among the many provisions of the Constitution, Dr. Ambedkar held one article in particular as paramount — Article 32. In the constituent assembly debates, he described it as the «heart and soul» of the Constitution, without which it would be rendered meaningless. Article 32 ensures the enforcement of Fundamental Rights enshrined in Part III of the Constitution, including the right to equality, life, and freedom from discrimination. This article empowers citizens to directly approach the Supreme Court if their Fundamental Rights are violated or not being upheld. It serves as a safeguard against legislative encroachment on these rights, ensuring that they are not suspended except as provided by the Constitution itself. Article 32 is not only integral to the basic structure of the Constitution but is also considered a Fundamental Right in itself.

We continue to find ideas and it is possible to put money at work even in this market.” Kochhar says: “Positive both on PSU banks and private banks depending upon their story and the valuation that they are trading at.” When you are speaking with your peers on the buy side, what is the market mood? Are they finding it difficult to locate opportunities in the market or not really? Are largecaps still providing comfort? Mukul Kochhar: When you are putting capital at risk, it is always difficult. Moreover, last year was fairly solid, especially in the midcap side, with 58% gain. Largecaps also were fairly solid performers last year. So, we are coming off a very strong year and therefore a little bit of trepidation. But some sort of difficulty in putting money at work is very normal. But having said that, given the context of the strong last year, you are seeing this volatility. There is some nervousness hence.

UPS Election community students rights Colleges NOT Kukis and Meitis united on one point - not right time for Lok Sabha polls in Manipur
Kukis and Meitis may be at loggerheads in Manipur but their thoughts on one point converge — this is not the right time for Lok Sabha elections in the restive state. It has nearly been a year since ethnic violence broke out between the hill-majority Kukis and the valley-majority Meitis. It has not only killed over 200 people and displaced around 50,000 but also sharply divided Manipur along ethnic lines. Elections for two Lok Sabha seats in Manipur will be held on April 19 and 26. While Inner Manipur and some segments of Outer Manipur will vote in the first phase, the remaining segments of Outer Manipur will go to polls on April 26. Living separately and refusing to co-exist in future, many members of both Kukis and Meitis communities ask — why elections at this time and what difference will they make?

Fighting Election stage rights Videos Interviews Manmohan Singh was true statesman, Modi must think about his legacy: Omar Abdullah
Omar Abdullah on Saturday said Manmohan Sigh was a true statesman and that Narendra Modi, at some stage, will have to start thinking about the kind of legacy he leaves behind. In an interview with PTI Videos, Abdullah, who is contesting the Lok Sabha polls from north Kashmir Baramulla constituency, said it was obvious that the Centre was using the probe agencies under it against the leaders of the opposition parties. «It is not apparent, it is obvious. When 95 per cent of the cases that are being investigated or charged by the Enforcement Directorate are against (opposition ) political leaders and political parties, that tells you. »At some point, the PM will start looking at his legacy. Right now, I think his aim is to be a PM for longer than Jawahar Lal Nehru. Once that aim is met, then, none of us get younger, we all get older. There comes a time when we have to leave the stage. I have no doubt that somewhere in the back of his mind, the PM will start thinking about what sort of a legacy he wants to leave," Abdullah said.

When ChatGPT first came out, a lot of people in the investment banking industry felt that one of the most human and relatable things about it was its tendency to make something up when it didn’t know the answer.  Knowing when to admit ignorance and when to waffle is one of the higher level skills of the industry, after all.  A banker who never says “I don’t know; I’ll research it and get back to you” like Patrick Biggs at Morgan Stanley, is almost certainly a BS merchant who will blow up in the long term.
