'Breaking Bad' stars Bryan Cranston & Aaron Paul reunite to resume negotiations amid Hollywood strike
Breaking Bad" has reunited to call upon Hollywood studios to resume negotiations with striking screen actors. «We want you to come back to the table with us,» Bryan Cranston said in a plea to the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers outside Sony Pictures Studios on Tuesday. Cranston was joined by Aaron Paul, Jesse Plemons and other members of the «Breaking Bad» universe in an effort to energise picket lines more than a month after SAG-AFTRA joined striking Hollywood writers. Both guilds are seeking to address issues brought about by the dominance of streaming services, which have changed all aspects of production and pay in the industry. «The way things were structured 10 years ago made a lot of sense and it made it more possible for journeymen-type actors, actors in the middle that are working just as a hard or harder,» Plemons said. By its final season, which aired more than a decade ago, «Breaking Bad» was one of the most watched and highest rated cable TV shows ever. The AMC hit series has achieved enduring popularity on Netflix, but its stars say that has not been reflected in their pay. «I don't get a piece from Netflix on 'Breaking Bad' to be totally honest and that's insane to me,» Paul said.

Shahid Afridi meets Bollywood stars ahead of Asia Cup 2023 | VIDEO
A post shared by Shahid Afridi (@safridiofficial) Three possible high-octane India versus Pakistan games for the starved fans on both sides of the border along with a final chance for five nations to put their respective houses in order before the World Cup adds context to Asia Cup, starting in Multan on Wednesday. It is a tournament that has often struggled to find relevance in the midst of mushrooming bilateral contests over the last decade along with waning popularity of ODI cricket but the 2023 edition, beginning on Wednesday, has occupied a large slice of the mind space of team think tanks.

Hail the new stars aiming for the Moon
India was over the moon about landing on the Moon. And it was also the moment when a few hundred avowedly nerdy looking scientists at the mission control centre at Sriharikota became the darlings of over a billion proud Indians around the world. For once these Indians' adulation was not directed at a galaxy of cinema or sports superstars with their expensively maintained, sleek faces and bodies but at rows of exceedingly ordinary looking men and women, made extraordinary by the dint of their achievement: creating a totally indigenous mooncraft (Chandrayaan) that made a perfect landing on the Moon's south pole, a feat that no other nation has pulled off.

NASA’s James Webb space telescope captures colourful young stars in first most detailed image; See here
NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope. Nestled within the Vela constellation and situated 1,470 light-years away, these stars continue to actively form and revolve around each other. Over the past decades, Herbig-Haro 46/47 has been the subject of extensive study and observation by various space and ground-based telescopes. However, it is the James Webb Space Telescope that has now delivered the most detailed and highest-resolution image in near-infrared light. Webb's unique capabilities allow it to penetrate the obscuring nebula encompassing the stars, revealing a gas and dust-filled environment that remains invisible in visible-light images taken by other telescopes.

'Chrisley Knows Best' stars Todd and Julie Chrisley facing harsh prison conditions, kids reveal their concerns
Todd and Julie Chrisley of «Chrisley Knows Best» are currently serving prison sentences for bank fraud and tax evasion. However, the conditions they are facing behind bars have now come under scrutiny. According to their children, Savannah and Chase, the couple is enduring «inhumane conditions» that are nothing short of a «nightmare.» With allegations of no air conditioning in extreme temperatures, rattlesnakes in cells, and hazardous substances like mold and asbestos, the Chrisley siblings shed light on the concerning living conditions in their parents' prisons. Son Chase recently revealed on his sister Savannah's podcast that both their parents are serving time in facilities with no air conditioning. In regions where temperatures can soar above 100 degrees, this absence of basic comfort raises significant concerns about the inmates' well-being.
