IB ACIO Admit Card 2024: In a latest update for IB ACIO aspirants, the Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the examination city details for the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade–II/Executive (ACIO-II/Exe) position within the Intelligence Bureau. The total number of vacancies available for this position is 995. The Intelligence Bureau (IB) ACIO Exam for Grade 2/Executive is set to occur on January 17th and 18th, 2024. Candidates should expect the release of the IB ACIO Grade 2/Executive Admit Card approximately three days before the examination date. The official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs, www.mha.gov.in, will host the online release of the IB ACIO Admit Card, scheduled to be available by January 14, 2024.

India has recorded 605 new cases of Covid, while the number of active cases of the infection has declined to 3,643, the health ministry said on Wednesday. Four deaths — two each from Karnataka and Kerala — have been reported in a span of 24 hours, according to the ministry's data updated at 8 am. The number of daily cases had dropped to double-digits till December 5, 2023 but cases began to increase after emergence of a new variant and cold weather conditions.

Capital markets regulator Sebi has kept in «abeyance» the proposed Rs 1,500 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Asirvad Micro Finance, a subsidiary of listed NBFC Manappuram Finance. However, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) did not clarify further. Reacting to the development, shares of Manappuram Finance plunged as much as 7.45 per cent to a low of Rs 163.40 apiece on the BSE on Wednesday.
