UPS Apple wellness film show The Beatles' 'Let It Be' docuseries makes a comeback after 54 years
Peter Jackson's sprawling and vibrant Beatles docuseries, «The Beatles: Get Back,» streamed on Disney+ to nearly universal acclaim. The three-part epic, which ran nearly eight hours, captured the drama and frenzy as John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr recorded, over the pressure-filled month of January 1969, what would become the last album that the Beatles released, "Let It Be." As fans were well aware, Jackson's series was culled from nearly 60 hours of behind-the-scenes footage originally shot by the director Michael Lindsay-Hogg for «Let It Be,» his little-seen, though often dismissed, 1970 documentary about those recording sessions. After its initial theatrical run, Lindsay-Hogg's film largely disappeared for more than a half-century with the exception of low-quality VHS versions and bootlegs. Fans tend to remember it as an intriguing historical document capturing the late-stage creative flights of a seismic musical force, but also as a divorce proceeding of sorts, with stark moments of internal discord as the band hurtled toward a nasty split.

UPS Election wellness President reports rights Many poll officials feared missed out on voting in Bengaluru as their ballot slips never came
election duty can sometimes mean forfeiting one’s own right to vote. This is what some officials, who helped others vote in Bengaluru on Friday, have learnt the hard way. “All of us on the poll duty were supposed to get the ballot papers at our mustering centre on Thursday (April 25), but only some got and they cast their votes. We were told our slips would come later and we kept waiting. They never came,” said a woman officer who worked as presiding officer at a polling station in Immadihalli in Mahadevapura assembly constituency. She was agitated as well as disappointed that polling officials sometimes don’t get the same treatment they are expected to discharge towards voters. One of them said they never get to experience the EVM, but to be denied even paper ballots was not acceptable.

COST UPS Provident wellness performer Vedanta best-placed to ride rising commodity prices, say analysts
Vedanta Ltd is likely to see less pressure on cash flows after liability management at the holding company level and is now best placed to ride rising commodity prices, analysts said. Improved performance in aluminium, power and zinc enabled the company to turn in EBITDA of Rs 87,600 crore in the January-March quarter, up by 4 per cent quarter-on-quarter. The improved performance was attributable to lower cost of production in aluminium and zinc and higher sales volume, partially offset by softer zinc prices. Despite marginal delays, Vedanta is set to complete its alumina/aluminium/ international zinc expansion during the current fiscal year (FY25), which will provide visibility around volume growth and cost reduction FY26 onwards. The start of coal mines in FY26 shall further lower its aluminium cost of production. In a post earnings note, Nuvama Institutional Equities said management is moving ahead to demerge the businesses by end of current fiscal (April 2024 to March 2025). The vertical split of its businesses into six listed entities can yield Vedanta higher-than-the-current value.
