Eminem and 50 Cent performed on stage together in Detroit on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at the Pine Knob Music Theatre. The two singers came together for 50 Cent’s Get Rich or Die Tryin' Anniversary celebration, as part of his The Final Lap Tour 2023.
Eminem, who grew up in Detroit, appeared 30 minutes into 50 Cent's show and surprised the 15,000-strong crowd. The fans sensed that Eminem could be there in his hometown, as 50 Cent sang the 2003 song Patiently Waiting, which featured the Detroit native. Some fans had even spotted Eminem’s daughter, Hailie Jade, entering the concert venue.
Eminem, who is now 50 years old, appeared in his trademark hoodie, and immediately dived into the song, followed by his song Crack a Bottle, featuring 50 Cent.
The crowd went wild in what was Eminem's second appearance on a singer’s tour recently, after his surprise visit on Ed Sheeran’s tour at Ford Field in July 2023.
