Air India announced on Friday the cancellation of flights to and from Dubai due to ongoing operational disruptions at the airport in the Gulf city.
Passengers who have booked Air India flights scheduled for travel until April 21 will receive a one-time waiver on rescheduling and full refunds for cancellations.

An Air India spokesperson cited continued operational disruptions at the Dubai airport as the reason for the cancellations.

«We are making every effort to assist affected customers by re-accommodating them on flights as soon as operations resume,» the spokesperson stated in a release.

Emirates Airlines announced on Friday the suspension of check-in services for all customers with onward connections through Dubai until 2359 GMT on April 19.
