Revanth Reddy slammed ‘Pushpa 2’ star Allu Arjun for being “inhuman” to the family of Revathi, the victim of the stampede at Sandhya Theatre, another politician has chastised the superstar. Congress MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy criticized Allu Arjun, accusing the actor of “forgetting humanity.”
Reacting to Allu Arjun’s recent press conference, Reddy claimed the actor appeared to be reading scripted notes, suggesting he was acting off-screen as well.
Pushpa 2: The Rule, featuring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, is maintaining its momentum at the box office well into its third weekend. Released on December 5, the film witnessed a significant surge in collections on its 17th day, earning ₹1,029.9 crore nett in India.
As per early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, the film saw a remarkable 74.83% jump in revenue on its third Saturday, bringing in ₹25 crore. The Hindi version alone accounted for Rs 20 crore, while the Telugu version contributed ₹4.35 crore, with other language versions completing the total.
Already a box office juggernaut, Pushpa 2 has achieved the title of the highest-grossing Hindi film in history. Globally, the film has crossed ₹1,500 crore gross and is setting its sights on surpassing ₹2,000 crore to claim the title of the highest-grossing Indian film of all time.
Directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Sukumar Writings, the sequel continues the saga of Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun. Rashmika Mandanna
