Anand Mahindra recently shared a video of the trekking trails to Kalavantin Durg, wondering whether he can take up the challenge. «I confess I had no clue about this spot. Have to figure out whether I’m up to this challenge! The trek to the top of the Kalavantin Durg is considered one of the most daunting in the Western Ghats.

«Been there in 2019 monsoon! Started trek at 3 in midnight & Lost the way to trek in between dense forest. I knew exactly how I was feeling that time with no lights & no way out. Reaching there at the top was surreal experience & miracle considering the start I had,» he said.
@prinaik had a piece for advice for Anand Mahindra, agreeing with other users that the descent is tough. «Been there done that! It is definitely scary if you look around at every step… just mind your small steps and you are done in no time.
