Anand Rathi Wealth on Monday announced that it will allot bonus shares to its existing shareholders in the ratio of 1:1 which means one bonus equity share will be given for every one equity share held presently. The company will inform about the record date via a separate filing.
The company has proposed to issue over 4.15 crore equity shares.
The announcement was made along with the company's Q3FY25 earnings where the brokerage reported a 33% year-on-year jump in its December quarter net profit at Rs 77.3 crore versus Rs 58 crore reported in the year ago period. The revenue in the reported quarter stood at Rs 244.2 crore, which surged 30% YoY over Rs 187.3 crore. The company's Asset Under Management (AUM) in Q3FY25 ended at Rs 76,402 crore, which is a surge of 39% over Rs 55,057 crore in the year ago period.
For the nine month ended December 31, 2024, the profit after tax (PAT) figures stand at Rs 227.1 crore which is a growth of 34% over Rs 169 crore reported in the same period of the previous financial year. Total revenue grew from Rs 554.8 crore in 9MFY24 to Rs 739.3 crore in 9MFY25, witnessing a 33% growth.
Mutual Fund distribution revenue increased by 63% YoY to Rs 303 crores. The net inflows recorded a YoY growth of 69% to Rs 9,145 crores. In this, the equity mutual fund net inflows increased by 51% YoY to rs 5,831 crores.
