Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff has confirmed those worse fears. This time, at the World Economic Forum, the Salesforce CEO said that CEOs could soon be replaced by super AI agents who would be adept at running entire businesses.

Benioff even said that these were just some instances when all CEOs were humans, and some of them could soon be replaced by AI-enabled robots who would be equipped well enough to lead companies from scratch. Talk about robots ruling the world, and this is probably one step closer to that.
These robot CEOs would be independent of many things that humans do, but one thing that could keep them one step ahead is robustness and dependability. No sick leaves, no vacationing, or any leisure activities. This would be one CEO that will shout 'All hands on deck' at least 5 times a day!

However, Benioff was also quick to address the anxiousness in the room by suggesting that the advanced tech like AI agents is all about supporting employees, and not replacing them. They would be a wonderful addition to the team and could increase productivity by more than a thousand times for any company.
