Ranbir Kapoor's latest action thriller, 'Animal,' has sprinted past the Rs 100 crore milestone at the Indian box office within a mere two days of its theatrical debut and has even beaten the collections of 'Gadar 2' and 'Tiger 3' in North America.
The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, featuring a stellar cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Triptii Dimri, is creating waves with its impressive collections and has joined the ranks of speedy successes like 'Pathaan' and 'Jawan.'
On its opening day, 'Animal' seized the spotlight by surging past Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan,' raking in a staggering Rs 63.8 crore in India alone.
Despite facing stiff competition from Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur,' the film continued its victory run, amassing an additional Rs 66 crore on Saturday, bringing its total domestic earnings to a whopping Rs 129.80 crore.
Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to X (Twitter) to share the global success of 'Animal,' stating, «In 2 days, #Animal has grossed a huge ₹ 230 Crs+ at the WW Box office.»
Earlier Bala had revealed that the film has also crossed the collections of 'Gadar 2' and Tiger '3'. He tweeted, «In 2 days, #Animal has crossed the lifetime gross of #Gadar2 and #Tiger3 in North America..»
The movie's bold and violent content, coupled with its 'A' certificate, has not deterred audiences, as proven by its remarkable collections.
