Jennifer Lopez was involved in Diddy's $400 million sexual assault case against a male prisoner. According to In Touch, the male prisoner who is suing Diddy for alleged sexual assault in 1997 disclosed that he intends to call Jennifer Lopez, the entertainer's ex-girlfriend, as a witness in the case.
In recent court filings that In Touch was able to obtain, Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, filed a lawsuit against Diddy alleging the mogul had beaten him at a Detroit Holiday Inn named Jennifer, as quoted in a report by In Touch.
Derrick, who is presently a prisoner at the Michigan Department of Corrections, stated that he intends to provide testimony regarding the case's facts by calling Jennifer Lynn Lopez, aka Jenny from the Block.
He thinks she knows about his attack because she dated Diddy from 1999 to 2000. Derrick said he met Diddy while working as a barman, as In Touch previously reported.
He claimed that he was invited to a hotel party by the entertainer. According to him, Diddy gave him a drink at the party and said he had mixed a little something into it. Derrick claimed in the suit that waking up to Diddy making love with another woman was the last thing he remembered.
