Apple is cooking up some amazing features for their next year’s smartphones and the latest inputs suggest that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max might have Wi-Fi 7 for super-fast internet along with camera upgrade. A recent report, sourced from Jeff Pu, a tech analyst at Haitong International Securities, suggests that the iPhone 16 Pro models will introduce Wi-Fi 7 support and an upgraded 48-megapixel ultrawide camera lens. The inclusion of Wi-Fi 7 support comes as a promising stride towards an enhanced connectivity experience. Building upon the existing foundation of Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7 promises a remarkable leap in performance. The ability to transmit and receive data across the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands simultaneously brings accelerated Wi-Fi speeds, reduced latency, and more robust connectivity. On Wi-Fi 7, peak data transfer speeds are expected to surge beyond 40 Gbps – a quadruple increase compared to the capabilities of its predecessor, Wi-Fi 6E.
