The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend has been fixed as September 29.
The declared interim dividend will be credited or dispatched on or around October 13.

Bajaj Holdings and Investment, erstwhile Bajaj Auto, was de-merged, whereby its manufacturing undertaking has been transferred to the new Bajaj Auto and its strategic business undertaking consisting of wind farm business and financial services business has been vested with Bajaj Finserv.
All the businesses and all properties, assets, investments, and liabilities of erstwhile Bajaj Auto, other than the manufacturing undertaking and the strategic business undertaking, now remain with Bajaj Holdings. It holds more than 30% stake each in Bajaj Auto and Bajaj Finserv.
The company makes strategic investments in government securities, bonds, debentures, and mutual funds.
On Friday, the company's shares closed 0.28% higher at Rs 7,145 on NSE.
