The Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading a team of editors, designers, and writers to create content across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The candidate must have a strong background in content marketing, a keen eye for design and editing, and exceptional writing skills. Additionally, they should be adept at using YouTube Studio, analyzing past data, and predicting content trends to ensure optimal performance. Sharma, who dropped out of BITS Goa in 2022 to pursue content creation, has grown his YouTube channel to 1.63 million subscribers.
In his post, Sharma outlined the application process and offered an enticing compensation package. Interested candidates are required to create a video explaining why they are the right fit for the role. This video, along with links to their work in content marketing and details of their past experience, must be emailed to Sharma. He promised “top market salary” and a percentage of his revenue to the selected candidate, though he did not specify the salary range. “I'm paying top market salary + % of the revenue I make,” he hinted on his post.
