Bhumika Group, Rajasthan’s largest mall developer has planned to develop 300,000 sq ft of retail space under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with various government authorities.
The company is already developing retail space at NHPC Metro Station in Faridabad and plans to take more such space.
It has entered into a joint development agreement to develop a high-street retail project spread across 550,000 sq ft in Faridabad.
With this, company’s total retail portfolio in NCR will reach 850,000 sq ft.

The project is being funded through a combination of internal cashflows and FIs, which reflect Bhumika Group's financial stability and industry credibility.
Bhumika Group’s Urban Square Mall in Udaipur, has achieved 100% occupancy with many leading brands such as Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Pantaloon, Reliance, Rare Rabbit, Levi’s, Looks Salon, Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut, Chicago Pizza among many others, phase 1 of the mall has over 85 brands from India and abroad already operational.
The second phase of the mall will also be launched soon.
