Sean Diddy Combs for a gag order to prevent the release of sensitive information which is related to his ongoing legal troubles has been eventually denied by a judge. According to Blast, Sean Diddy Combs sought for the order after he accused the government of leaking a hotel surveillance video of the year 2016 which allegedly shows him brutally assaulting his ex-partner Cassandra Cassie Ventura.
The legal team of Sean Diddy Combs has made an argument that the leak was done with the intention of damaging his reputation and eventually hinder his defense against the charges related to sex crime which includes sex trafficking and sex racketeering, reported Blast.

Blast asserted that Judge Arun Subramanian rejected the gag order while emphasizing on the fact that all the parties must adhere to the laws prohibiting leaks that could compromise a fair trial. The judge also noted that no wrong doing had been established regarding the alleged leaks at this stage while all federal agents have clearly denied any sort of involvement in providing the video to CNN.
Sean Diddy Combs is lodged behind bars in recent times and is awaiting trial while he is facing multiple allegations regarding sexual assault from numerous individuals which also includes a recent lawsuit from a woman who claimed that he raped her when she was aged 19.
