air turbulence, more than 30 people have been injured after their flight which was flying over the Atlantic, got caught in an air turbulence. The flight is operated by Air Europa and it was flying from Spain to Uruguay. The injured are being treated in a hospital. Many of the passengers took to social media to share videos of the incident. It has been reported that the turbulence sent many passengers flying out of their seats while one passenger was seen struck on an overhead bin. The man’s feet were seen dangling out of the overhead bin.
The air turbulence was so severe that it led to one broken seat, many oxygen masks that had come out of their holding spaces and ceiling panels that were torn off after facing the impact of the air turbulence. The passenger who was struck in an overhead bin was being rescued by the other passengers even as a child cried. These images were shared by passengers.

The airline issued a statement that the flight which was carrying 325 passengers was forced to land in Natal in Brazil after an incident of severe air turbulence. It also said that the flight made a normal landing and the injured passengers were being treated. There were varying degrees of injury which were reported.
