The trailer for Clean Slate has been released, and the series will debut on February 6 on Prime Video. The comedy is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television.
The plot centers around Harry, played by George Wallace, an old-fashioned car wash owner in Alabama. His world changes when his estranged child returns as a trans woman, Desiree, played by Laverne Cox. After being apart for 17 years, the duo navigates their evolving relationship. Desiree's homecoming sparks new dynamics with friends, coworkers and romantic connections.
