The US-headquartered firm has said this in a filing before a US court in response to a countersuit filed by Infosys against Cognizant naming several executives including its chief executive Ravi Kumar S.
“Infosys was caught red-handed misappropriating TriZetto trade secrets that Infosys originally had access to through non-disclosure and access agreements (NDAAs)," Cognizant said in its 22-page court response.
It added that Infosys refused to allow an audit of Infosys’s use of TriZetto information, which would prove its case and also shed light on the specifics of the allegedly stolen trade secrets that Infosys desired.
Cognizant's latest reply was made in a Dallas (US) court filing on February 7.
