Convict in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts attacked and killed in Kolhapur jail
1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts was fatally attacked by five inmates in Kalamba Central Jail, Kolhapur, on Sunday, police said, according to a PTI report.The deceased, 59-year-old Munna alias Mohammad Ali Khan alias Manoj Kumar Bhawarlal Gupta, was involved in an argument with other inmates regarding the use of the bathroom. The police official stated that they would be arrested soon, it added.The 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts on March 12 resulted in 257 deaths and over 1,000 injuries.
