Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notice to news portal NewsClick and its founder Prabir Purkayastha after the Enforcement Directorate argued that the case should be heard at an earlier date.Zoheh Hossain — appearing on behalf of the government agency — said that it is a case of “criminal conspiracy of paid news,” with the news portal receiving «crores of rupees» in violation of the law.
