Dhan swings to profit in FY24 with gross revenues of Rs 380 crore, up 600% from last year

Dhan has reported gross revenues of Rs 380 crore in financial year 2024, up 600% from Rs 54.2 crore a year prior, according to a note the company has shared with its shareholders.

ET has seen a copy of the note.

The 2021-founded startup reported net profit of Rs 155 crore in FY24 compared to a net loss of Rs 22 crore in the year prior.

Dhan founder Pravin Jadhav did not comment on the company’s financials.

Dhan is expecting a 25 to 30% impact on its gross revenues due to the recent regulatory actions on the highly speculative futures and options market by the markets regulator Sebi.
