Dhanuka Agritech have bought three apartments at The Camellias by DLF in Gurgaon for around Rs 80 crore along with Lenskart’s Peyush Bansal, adding their names to the list of business leaders at the upscale residential complex.
Most of the HNIs have bought the apartments at this Uber luxury condominium around the pandemic but are registering the sale now.
According to document accessed through CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, Peyush Bansal, has bought a 7,361 sq ft apartment for around Rs 27 crore.
Promoters of Dhanuka Agritech — Ram Gopal Agarwal and Rahul Dhanuka have bought two apartments of 7,361 sq ft while Harsh Dhanuka has bought 9,419 sq ft apartment.
Dhanuka group and Bansal did not respond to ET’s email query.
They have bought the apartment at less than Rs 40,000 sq ft but the average base selling price currently is between Rs 65,000 to Rs 85,000 per square foot, depending on floor height, with a starting price of approximately Rs 70 crore.
The biggest deal done in 2023 was a re-resale of an 11,000 sq ft unit for Rs 114 crore, reported in November 2023. Rentals at The Camellias start from Rs 11 lakh for an unfurnished apartment and Rs 14 lakh for a furnished one.
Building on the success of The Camellias, DLF is all set to launch its next super luxury offering, Lux5 at DLF5, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, in Q3. This project is expected to be a notch higher than The Camellias, with residences starting at Rs 50 crore and upwards.
