Marko Elez is one of the six young engineers hired by Tesla CEO Elon Musk for DOGE. The youngest member in the team is 19-year-old Edward Coristine. It also includes 21-year-old Indian-origin Akash Boba.

DOGE engineer resigns
25-year-old Marko Elez was deployed by DOGE to scrutinise federal spendings, quit after The Wall Street Journal asked the White House about his connection to the deleted social media account, said the report. “Just for the record, I was racist before it was cool,” the account posted in July, according to the WSJ’s review of archived posts.
