Hanuman Jayanti, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that listening to Hanuman Chalisa also becomes crime under Congress rule. Addressing a rally in Rajasthan's Tonk, Modi trailed guns on the Congress party and its governance in the state.
