English language teaching in low- and middle-income countries. It awards Master’s degree scholarships to teachers and related professionals with experience and evidenced potential to impact and enhance the field of English language teaching and learning in their home country. Up to 10 fully funded scholarships are provided. It waives off the fee plus a maintenance payment of £15,000 minimum for the year is provided to individuals who are elected. It is given to those who meet the admission criteria of the University of Exeter.Eligibility Criteria
Have three-year full-time English Language teaching experience. Under graduation degree which should be equivalent to the one in the UK Minimum 5 years of experience as an English language teacher or trainer. Must be involved in some developmental work as a trainer or manager. Must be a citizen of the country from which they apply. Score well in the IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE examinations. Minimum of 6.5 GPA is required for the English language examinations.
