FASTag KYC was February 29 as set by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). «One Vehicle, One FASTag» is a campaign that NHAI has started to prevent owners of single cars from participating in the multiple FASTag scheme.
ET Online called the NHAI helpline number 1033, and the customer care employee confirmed that the deadline has not extended. According to the NHAI press release dated January 15, 2024, “FASTags with valid balance but with incomplete KYC will get deactivated/blacklisted by banks post 31st January 2024.”

The deadline was later extended to February 29 later. If your KYC is not complete there are chances that your FASTag has been deactivated or blacklisted.
Note that a vehicle with a 'blacklisted FASTag is not allowed to pay toll using FASTag at the toll plaza.
There are various reasons of blacklisting of a FASTag, according to the Kotak Mahindra Bank website
1) Insufficient / Negative Balance — The FASTag wallet is not having sufficient balance or running in negative balance.
To activate a blacklisted FASTag, Recharge at the earliest. 2) FASTag can also be blacklisted by the law enforcement agencies due to any rule violation / complaint register against the vehicle. In such cases the enforcement agencies request issuer or acquirer to add the tag id the in the blacklist.
