What's the G20 Summit Location in Delhi
The primary venue for the summit will be Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, where the discussions and deliberations will take place on September 9th and 10th. Additionally, delegates will embark on visits to several notable sites during the summit, including Rajghat, the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), and the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) in Pusa.
Impact on Traffic Movement
From September 7th to September 10th, there may be temporary traffic regulations implemented in and around New Delhi.
However, Metro services will remain unaffected, ensuring smooth commuting for the public.
All non-destination cars will be routed to the Eastern and Western Peripheral Expressways, as well as other alternate routes. In a nutshell, these vehicles will be refused entry into Delhi.
Buses, Taxis & Autos
Outside of the New Delhi district, auto rickshaws and taxis will be permitted.
Cabs transporting visitors would be permitted to enter the New Delhi district, but only if they have valid hotel reservations.
