GSEB Gujarat Board Class 12 Result 2024: Results announced; Date, time, pass percentage, how to check, and other details
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has announced the Class 12 result for the 2024 board exams on May 9. The much-awaited scorecards will be made available to students on the official website — gseb.org. Candidates who appeared for the Class 12 Science Stream exam can check and download their results starting from 9:00 AM onwards.
This year, a total of 4,77,392 students appeared for the Gujarat Board (HSC) Exam 2024, out of which approximately 1,212,290 students participated in the Gujarat Board Exams, including SSC and HSC. Last year, the pass percentage for girls was 80.39% and for boys was 67.03%. The official announcement of this year's pass percentage is expected to be made tomorrow.
The GSEB Class 12 Result 2024 can be accessed by following simple steps on the official website. To pass the Gujarat HSC Science exam, students need to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject, including both theory and practical exams. This criterion applies to both individual subjects and the overall score.
In 2023, the Gujarat Board announced the results for the Class 12 Science stream on May 2. The pass percentage for the science stream in 2023 was 65.58%, showing a decrease of 6.64% from the previous year. District-wise, Morbi recorded the highest pass percentage at 83.22%, followed by Rajkot at 82.49%.
